The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare, a nonprofit organization that is constantly working towards strengthening the relationship between patients and their healthcare providers, was very pleased to announce that they have recently received a $500,000 grant from the Amgen Foundation.
The funds will then be utilized to finance the expansion of Schwartz Center Rounds and to support the launch of a National Consensus Project.
