Center offers technology training for Marin's 4,000 special needs students.
On Tuesday, the center was presented with an extra $10,000 ribbon-cutting gift.
"Each and every child deserves the opportunity to come to full fruition and full development," CEO Thomas Peters told the center's parents group.
"Sometimes people can't see past their own situation to help other people's kids," Burke said.
