The Claude Moore Charitable Foundation awards grants to Loudoun charities totaling almost $1 million for 2012.
The recipients of the awards are: Loudon Youth Inc., Inova Nursing Scholarships, Arc of Loudoun, Loudoun Cares, Every Citizen Has Opportunities Inc., Loudoun Education Foundation, Loudoun Literary Council, Loudoun County General Distributions, and Claude Moore Healthcare Academies.

Foundation Provides Interest-free Loans to Start Up Social Enterprises
The Charities Aid Foundation has set up a scheme, called the Social Enterprise Assist, that will render interest-free loans of up to £10,000 each to help social enterprise start-ups.
