Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers Inc.

The Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers was started in 2002 to serve the rural counties of Bradford, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties in Pennsylvania and Tioga County in New York State.

The foundation straddles the border between the southern tier of New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania and are surrounded every day with beautiful mountain & scenic river vistas. Sitting at the northern end of the Appalachian Mountain chain, the meandering Susquehanna River transverses the region and provides both passive and active recreational opportunities to residents and visitors.
