Underwood, who runs her own yoga business out of the Millfield Theatre in the London suburb, says she was "floored" by the honor.
"To have a business afloat these days is a blessing," she says.
The awardswhich honored 24 businesses in 24 categorieswere put on by Gary Kousoulou and Andrea Krase, who say they wanted to highlight the "vibrant and resilient spirit of the local community."
More than 20,000 people voted in the categories, which included "best healthcare," "best local service provider," and "best new business."
The event was attended by more than 200 people, including politicians.
"Those who won are amazing; those who didn't, it doesn't matter," Krase says.
