It's going to be a hot, sticky, and decidedly un-American Sunday in Indiana, with highs in the 80s and winds gusting up to 30mph, the Indianapolis Star reports.
So the state has declared an Air Quality Action Day and is urging residents to walk, bike, carpool, or use public transportation.
It's also urging people to turn off their lights or use their air conditioners to 75 degrees or above.
The air is expected to be so toxic that it can cause heart attacks and strokes, according to CNN.
