The Community Giving Foundation (formerly the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation) is a regional philanthropic organization that invests endowment funds, large and small, to benefit the communities and residents of Columbia, lower-Luzerne, Montour, Northumberland, and Snyder counties in central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
