The Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation offers two different scholarship programs. The Alice Buffett Outstanding Teachers Award recognizing outstanding Omaha public school teachers (K - 12) with a minimum of two years of teaching experience. A College Scholarship Program offering scholarships for tuition and fees up to $3,750 per semester, and a textbook allowance of $500 per semester for incoming freshmen attending Nebraska public universities, colleges or community colleges.
