Central Minnesota Community Foundation

The Central Minnesota Community Foundation is one of over 600 community foundations that exist in the country today. Established in November 1985, the Community Foundation is a public foundation that attracts and administers charitable funds for the benefit of the residents of central Minnesota. The Foundation hosts two affiliate foundations, one in Brainerd and one in Willmar. Both communities affiliated with CMCF in 1998 in order to begin community foundations in their areas. Each has their own Board of Directors and a representative position on the CMCF Board of Directors.
