Founded in 1976, Midlands Community Foundation is a Nebraska not-for-profit corporation, headquartered in Papillion, Nebraska. The mission of the Foundation is to benefit the needs of a diverse community by providing financial support, involvement and service to Sarpy, Cass and southwest Douglas counties.
