Established in 1984, the Community Foundation of East Mississippi is a publicly supported charitable foundation consisting of named funds established by many separate donors for the benefit of East Mississippi. The Community Foundation of East Mississippi was established by a group of civic leaders who saw an opportunity to preserve and retain local charitable assets for the public good.
