Benton Community Foundation, founded in 1998, is governed by a local board of directors chosen for their knowledge of the community and designed to be representative of a broad cross-section of the community. The directors possess expertise in the many areas of management necessary to carry out the stewardship functions of the foundation.

This Social Innovation Helps Prevent Bed Sores in Wheelchair Users
Co-founders William Mann and David Mravyan devised the Sensimat during a mandatory project for their MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. Sensimat is a device that helps manage and assess pressure among wheelchair users.
