The Robert Woodruff Foundation, Inc. is an independent private foundation with a broad charter to support charitable, scientific, and educational activities. The foundation was established in 1937 by Robert Woodruff and was formerly called Trebor Foundation until his death.
The foundation is governed by a self-perpetuating board of trustees under the law of the State of Georgia.
The foundation only awards grants to tax-exempt public charities that are located and operating in Georgia.
