The Dearborn Community Foundation, Inc. (DCF) has been working to build the community's philanthropic resources since it was founded in December of 1997. The Foundation encourages people to create permanently endowed funds to support charitable needs throughout our community, not only for today, but in perpetuity.
Co-founders William Mann and David Mravyan devised the Sensimat during a mandatory project for their MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. Sensimat is a device that helps manage and assess pressure among wheelchair users.
