Community Foundation of Jackson County Inc.



The Community Foundation of Jackson County is governed by a local board of directors chosen for their knowledge of the community and designed to be representative of a broad cross-section of the community. The directors possess expertise in the many areas of management necessary to carry out the stewardship functions of the foundation.

The Foundation's mission is to promote philanthropy in Jackson County and is dedicated to:

  • Building visionary partnerships with donors and local service organizations
  • Trustworthy stewardship of gifts
  • Providing funds to enhance the quality of life across Jackson County
  • Being a catalyst for change in the community
