The Blair Area Community Foundation is a non-profit, public benefit 501(c)(3) corporation structured to facilitate individual and corporate donors to make philanthropic gifts to any recognized, tax-exempt organization. The distribution of these gifts should enrich the community and support the values of the families that live in Washington County, Nebraska.
