Leelanau Township Community Foundation Inc.

The Leelanau Township Community Foundation's history is rich with stories of how the foundation's efforts have made Northport, Omena and the surrounding countryside a better place to live. Since 1945 the LTCF has given over two million dollars in grants to the community in ways that change lives. While philanthropic efforts are tightly woven in the history of this area, the foundation is also very involved in its future.
