Community Foundation Offers Free Board Training Workshop
Foundation: Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country
Volunteering on a board is a big job, but there is rarely a training opportunity to learn how to be a good board member.
The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country wants to ensure volunteer leaders have a basic understanding of the role of a board.
The foundation, headquartered in Kerrville, makes grants to nonprofits and awards scholarships to students in a 10-county area.
