Per WWMT, Ender's first day on the job as CEO of the 50-year-old nonprofit whose mission is to empower women for workplace success announced the appointment of Trudy Ender as CEO.

NBC 10 reports Ender took over for LaSandra Gaddy, who stepped down in February to become president and CEO of the Grand Rapids Community Foundation.

Per WWMT, Gaddy had been with the Women's Resource Center since its founding in 1963, and Ender has been with the organization since its founding in 1989.
