Give 5 is a new volunteer program that aims to connect soon-to-be-retired and retired individuals with volunteer opportunities in Stark County.
It's specifically for baby boomers, people born between 1946 and 1964, and in Stark County, there are almost 75,000 people 65 and older.
The program runs April 21, 28, and May 5 from 8:30am to 4:30pm at United Way, and participants can sign up for the first class at uwstark.org/give-5.
