In the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Rainbow World Fund has set up a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds to help the country's LGBTQ community, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
"During this crisis, already vulnerable Ukrainians are even more at risk to be further marginalized and scapegoated," RWF Executive Director Jeff Cotter said in a statement.
The campaign has so far raised just shy of $20,000.
