The Greater Lowell Community Foundation received a $50,000 grant.
The grant will go into GLCF's COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund.
The fund has provided roughly $2.8 million to 115 local nonprofits since March.
The Parker Foundation's goal is to make effective grants that benefit the city of Lowell and its residents, the release states.
