Horizon Foundation Apportions $75,000 Grants to Somerset County Nonprofits
Foundation: Horizon Foundation for New Jersey
The Horizon Foundation has awarded three Somerset County nonprofit organizations $75,000 healthy lifestyle grants.
The three nonprofits that received the grants include American Diabetes Association, Jewish Community Center of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties in Bridgewater, and New Jersey Conservation Foundation in Far Hills. The grants aim to make the nonprofits continue their work in making a positive impact in the lives of New Jersey residents.
