Cicf Staff Restructuring Aims to 'Increase Effectiveness'
Foundation: Central Indiana Community Foundation
The organization says the department will be led by Vice President Tamara Winfrey-Harris.
The restructuring also includes several promotions and transitions, including: Rob MacPherson - transition to vice president of development and strategy; Sarah Cowart - promotion to director of marketing and communications; former communications manager; former marketing manager.
"It is with great deliberation and confidence that we are making these changes," said Payne.
