Harvey Feldman, a Minneapolis bar and restaurant businessman, convened with Southwest High School officials to offer permanent outdoor lights at the school's football field.
Feldman provides $300,000 to match funds to purchase lights as well as build new concession stands, restrooms and other football field improvements. Feldman is a first-time philanthropist, but enthuses that his offer would at least "affect thousands of people for decades".
