With a $90,000 grant from the Lincoln Financial Foundation towards the Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana to aid its Healthy Families Initiative to fight hunger.
This award received by the Healthy Families Initiative is just part of $718,800 in human services grants doled out to 25 local nonprofits and a portion of $2.5 million in charitable funds that Lincoln Foundation has allocated for the area in 2012.
