Evanston Community Foundation will hold three workshops covering writing successful grant proposals, program impact and evaluation, and building a great board in the hopes of helping nonprofits grow their capacity to better meet their missions.
The Growing with a Great Board workshop will be facilitated by Jackie Kaplan-Perkins, founder at LeaderShift Nonprofit Consultants and a leader in Chicago's philanthropic community,focusing on best practices for identification, recruitment, and orientation of board members, board roles and responsibilities.
