The Long Beach Community Foundatin has a new vice president in the person of Jullie Heggeness.
Heggeness replaced Sandy Vanden berge who left the foundation to become the director of development for he nonprofit LA Biomed.
Heggeness is a Jurist Doctor degree holder and has practiced law. She is a certified specialist in planned giving, completing a program with the American Institute of Philanthropic Studies.
