Michael Wotorson has held multiple leadership positions in the Republic of Liberia.
Carin Buckman holds both a Bachelor of Science in marketing and international business from the Wharton School of Business.
The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving is the community foundation for Hartford and 28 surrounding communities.
The Foundation's community investments and communications and marketing departments will be headed by Wotor and Buckman.
