Three years since inception, the Community Foundation of Huntsville/Madison County has set up more than $8 million in charitable donor-advised funds and nonprofit funds and distributed more than $1 million to nonprofits, universities and schools and churches.
To date, the foundation manages and invests funds on behalf of 14 nonprofits. Lynne Berry, the foundation's executive director said that they are proud of the foundation's success and this wonderful growth proves this is something needed by the community.
