The United Way of the Tri-Valley Area has recently announced that they have received funds in the amount of $7,500 from the County Funds of the Maine Community Foundation.
The funds were given to support the Community Energy Challenge, a four-year old initiative that enables volunteers to measure, build and install interior storm windows throughout Greater Franklin County.
