Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will be spending about $1.1M to develop Galvanic Skin Response Bracelets that will physiologically measure how engaged students are in the classroom.
The foundation had given awards as part of the Measuring Effective Teachers Project which is an evaluation of teaching systems in seven school districts across the US.
