About Us
The Cameron Foundation received the Philos Philanthropy Award as part of the American Red Cross, Virginia Capital Region volunteer recognition. The award is given annually to an individual or organization that best exemplifies the spirit of charitable giving.
The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies nearly half of the nation's blood; teaches lifesaving skills; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families.
