At the 2012 America Healing conference hosted by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation, a panel discussed that unconscious bias plays in access to employment opportunities, school discipline action, immigration, health care access, criminal justice and social opportunities for African Americans, Latinos, Asian American and Pacific Islanders and Native Americans.
This convening is part of the Foundation's America Healing work that provides grants for organizations to promote racial healing and racial equity to improve the lives of vulnerable children in communities.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
