The Community Foundation of Shreveport-Bossier has recently announced the release of its latest COMMUNITY COUNTS, an annual report card that describes the quality of life in the area.
COMMUNITY COUNTS examines 20 social indicators that are used to gauge progress in key areas of local development. And this year, the findings imply that education reform is one of the key factors in making the Shreveport-Bossier area "a regional economic and cultural powerhouse."
