The registration for the new summer program for interested students and businesses through the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation is nearing its end.
Foundation director Jim Strader said the goal is to match students with a host in their field of interest or close to what their interest is. The students will work for six weeks this summer, with wages being paid by the foundation instead of the host business.
