Star Tribune features Parents for Heart, a lifeline for the devastated parents whose babies are born with life-threatening heart disease and works with Twin Cities hospitals to reach out to the parents of these kids.
Parents for Heart does so with an annual budget of about $10,000. Some of its volunteers are also parents of kids with heart disease which makes the bond stronger as they relate and help each other.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
