Despite the fluctuating economy, the Community Foundation Serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties raised $9.1 million and was able to give out a record amount of $5.2 million in 2011.
According to Daniel Foster, president and CEO, the foundation is concentrating more on promoting itself and the Inland area, doing more research into potential donors and building long-term relationships with donors.
