Hillview School 7th grader Lauren McGinnis make bags and sells them to give $2 to My New Red Shoes for every purchase. Over the holidays, she sold about 100 bags which resulted in a $250 donation to My New Red Shoes.
McGinnis learned to sew when she was in the 5th grade and she decided to give to charity when she started her production. Other than sewing and philanthropy, she enjoys activities like any youngster does.
