Colorado Gerontological Society (Denver) $30,000 to provide individual screening, counseling and referral services for older adults.
Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of Colorado (Denver: $45,000 over 18 months to support Capitol Hill Care Link.
