Longtime Kalamazoo Philanthropist Mary Tyler Receives Statewide Honor
Foundation: Kalamazoo Community Foundation
Mary Little Tyler is a recipient of the 2016 Community Philanthropy Award.
The award recognizes individuals or families for their leadership, impact, creativity and collaboration in strengthening community philanthropy through community foundations.
Tyler and her family were early supporters of the Air Zoo in Kalamazoo.
She has also served on many other boards, including those of the Bronson Health Foundation, Family and Children's Services and the Heritage Community.
