UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation Seeks Grant Applications

The UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation is open for grant applications from families who need financial assistance to pay for their child's healthcare treatments, services or equipment not covered by their health insurance plans.

Families may receive upto $5,000 to help pay for medical services and equipments. Grants will also be given in cases where insurance may cover only a portion of the expenses.
