Off-campus partners include Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe & Cooking School, Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, Nuevo Mexicana Heritage Arts Museum and New Mexico State University.
Classes include Beginning Japanese, Chinese Take-out from Your Home, Culinary Tour of France Continued, High-Altitude Baking Workshop and Top-Secrets for Grilling Meats.
