Crown Point Community Foundation has awarded a total of just over $166,000 in grants for 32 public and private projects across southern Lake County.
Health care providers, arts organizations and municipal law enforcement will all be among the beneficiaries.
The Crown Point Community School Corporation will receive the largest sum from this round of funding.
The Northwest Indiana Cancer Kids Foundation will receive a $15,000 grant to financially support the families of child cancer patients.
