Artspace Utica Lofts is a new housing development specifically designed for artists and families.
The approximately $18.6 million project is funded by the New York State Council on the Arts, the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties, National Grid, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
The four-story buildingas doors will soon open.
