The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Directors and oversees staff, volunteers, and community collaborations.
The Executive Director must have a Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) The Director must also have at least three (3) years of experience in nonprofit leadership, journalism, and a related industry.
The Director should also have a strong understanding of nonprofit financial management and fundraising strategies.
