Chaffee County Public Health director Andrea Carlstrom says the agency is cautiously optimistic about weathering a potential loss of federal spending on public health programs.
"We are not receiving any federal funds directly from the feds to our local level to fund public health," she said.
Carlstrom said she has concerns about the potential appointment of Robert F.
Kennedy, Jr.
as the next president of the United States.
