Lawrence Businesses Awarded Gateway Cities Grants

A grant award of $125,000 went to Lua€™s CafA and Bakery in Lawrence for the buildout of the company's new and larger location.

MassDevelopment awarded the funding through the third round of its Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) Equity Investment program.

A panel session featured Elizabeth Carey, CEO of the Rocky Neck Art Colony and Cultural District in Gloucester and Erin Truex, Executive Director of Beverly Main Streets and Arts Beverly.

Attendees also participated in three breakout sessions: Digital Communications: Top Trends for 2025, Travelers: What to Know and Social Media for Big Impact.
