Mansfield ISD is starting to see the first fruits of the district's $588.5 million bond package voters approved in May.
Phase one projects include the construction of a second pre-K center, a police and security building and improvements to the high school athletic fields.
All phases of bond projects are expected to be finished by the end of 2029.
