Community Benefits Agreement Between Vigo County and Wabash Valley Resources Obtained

Vigo County Commissioners sent News 10 a copy of the draft agreement.

It outlines how Wabash Valley Resources hopes to have a positive impact on the county.

The company is set to build carbon dioxide storage wells across Vigo and Vermillion counties.

40 percent of the fund would pay for things in Fayette and Sugar Creek Townships.

It also plans to pay for $5-million of road upgrades around its facility.
